My Encounter with the Ugandan National Police

This blog entry has no pictures because I learned a lesson... Do NOT take pictures of the Nile River... Or bridges... I was warned, but since I did not see any policemen, I decided to take the picture as we crossed the bridge... Then the police came up behind us, stopped us, and questioned us. Evidently, these guys are SERIOUS... even having men hiding in the bushes with binoculars watching if people take pictures. Luckily he only made me erase the digital picture, and did not take the camera (They have done that in the past)
