Why Uganda Does NOT Need Gyms:

The best workout I have had in a long time is an old fashioned ab and oblique workout class called: Pass The Bricks. It’s simple. Form a line, and start passing. However, WATCH out for the poisonous green mamba that just might be living in the brick pile!!! And when the snake made his appearance and displeasure at us disturbing his peace, you never saw a Mzungu *White person* move so fast away.
